Coach accounts cost nothing and always will. You are the reason athletes are here — if the programs are on it, the athletes follow. We would rather have every college coach in the country using this than charge any of them.
The point isn't the number. It's that it means the same thing every time.
A highlight reel tells you what an athlete looks like on her best day. It doesn't tell you how she compares to the athlete you watched an hour ago, filmed at a different gym by a different parent. Every athlete here is scored by CheerForward staff against one published rubric, so a 78 in Texas and a 78 in Ohio mean the same thing.

A recruiting board that replaces the spreadsheet
Your own pipeline stages — Identified, Contacted, Visited, Offered, Committed — with drag and drop between them, and private notes the athlete never sees.
Search that matches how you actually recruit
Position, class year, state, CF Rating and its category scores, GPA and test scores. Find the backspots in Georgia graduating in 2027 with a 3.5 and a 4.0 tumbling score.
Academics you can filter on
Unweighted GPA, class rank where the school reports it, and optional test scores. If your admissions office is the hard part of your job, start there instead of falling in love with someone who can't get in.
Video already in the profile
A highlight video plus the clips submitted for evaluation, on the same page as the score and the written scouting report.

Athletes RSVP to clinics and camps through the platform, so you see who is attending yours — and which of your recruits are visiting other programs.
Why we verify you first
Most of these athletes are minors. Their parents agreed to this because we promised that only real college coaching staff would ever see their information — no scouts reselling data, no strangers, no scraping. Verification is the whole reason the database is worth reading, and it is the reason athletes are willing to be in it.

Tell us about your program
Which program you coach, your title, and a link to a staff directory or roster if there is one. Takes about a minute.

We verify you, usually within a couple of days
A CheerForward staff member confirms you are on the program you named. Once approved, the full prospect database opens.
Straight answers
- What does it cost?
- Nothing, and there is no upgrade tier for coaches. CheerForward earns from the athlete side and from evaluation events, not from you.
- Can athletes pay for a better rating?
- No. Paying buys an evaluation — a staff member's time and a written report — never a better result. Subscription records have no connection to rating records, so payment cannot influence a score even by accident.
- Who can get an account?
- Staff at college cheer programs. If you coach at a program and we can confirm it, you're in. All-star and high school coaches aren't eligible yet.
- Will athletes know I looked at them?
- Your notes and your board are private and never shown to athletes. Whether an athlete can see that a program has boarded them is a setting we're still deciding — you'll be told before it changes.
- How current are the ratings?
- Athletes resubmit video as they add skills and are re-scored. Every rating shows when it was made, who made it, and whether it was in person or from video — and previous versions are kept, so you can see the trajectory.
